Recognise bias in AI output, know what to do about it, and understand your responsibility as the final filter.
4. Privacy and GDPR
Know exactly what you can and cannot share with AI tools, and what the GDPR requires when AI processes candidate data.
5. The EU AI Act
Understand which AI tools are prohibited, which are high-risk, and what Article 4 requires of you personally.
